if you are over 20 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your total

please do not wear mascara 24 hours prior to appointment, or there is no guarantee for retention

please do not wear strip lashes 48 hours prior to appointment as the glue gets stuck in lashes, or there is no guarantee for retention

follow maintenance card/page to ensure lashes stay on long and are clean

no shows = must pay entire balance of appointment missed, or no future appointments

balance due must be paid after appointment, failure to pay will result in an auto charge
